By downloading, installing or using the LUMAX TV application ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. The App is a media player only

LUMAX TV is an advanced media player that plays M3U, M3U8, single-stream and Xtream Codes based playlists created and provided by the user. The App does not provide, host, sell or solicit any channels, streams, playlists or media content of any kind.

2. Your content and responsibility

You are solely responsible for the playlists, subscriptions and content sources you use with the App. You must ensure that any content you access or stream is legal and that you hold the necessary rights or authorization to use, stream and/or record it.

3. No affiliation

• LUMAX TV does not provide or solicit any type of content to users.
• LUMAX TV has no affiliation with any third-party content provider whatsoever.
• Users must provide their own content or playlist.
• We strictly do not endorse the streaming of copyright-protected material without permission of the copyright holder.

4. Acceptable use

Use the App only with content you are authorized to access or stream. You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Some features depend on the content and information within your playlist, over which we have no control. For playlist or content issues, please contact your playlist provider.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LUMAX TV shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, or from any content accessed through user-provided playlists.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
